Here are some general FAQs about replies.

Q: How soon will I start getting responses?

Once the journey begins, you can expect to receive leads in as little as 5 minutes! Most replies will come in within 24-48 hours and some can take up to 14 days or more. We prospect for ~50 contacts each day with a few days between follow-ups, so you can expect a full journey to last between 7-14 days with periodic follow-ups.

Q: How fast do I need to get in touch with these leads?

After the initial reply, we suggest that you get back to any leads in a “timely manner.” This can be within the week, within the day or within the hour, depending on the type of campaign. But, don’t feel pressured to respond within 60-seconds. There’s no such thing as “speed-to-email”!

Q: What if someone calls me directly? How can I make sure they get removed from a campaign?

It’s rare, but it does happen. The quickest way to stop a recipient from receiving future emails would be to unsubscribe them from the campaign using the unsubscribe link in the disclaimer of the recipient’s email that says “click here”. You can always find a copy of the email in your “sent” folder.
