How do I start my campaign?

What will I need to run my campaigns?

You will be required to 1) provide access to an email address through Google so that we can automate your campaigns, and 2) select your campaign.

Can I run mailers, Facebook ads, or Google ads as well?

Sure you can! If you are looking to run direct mail or PPC marketing campaigns in conjunction with Scout's messaging automation, let our team know and we will do our best to advise on the best way to re-target your clients.

Are there any additional cost / fees?

Our plans currently start at $350 / Mo. based on the number of new monthly recipients. There is no limit on the number of times you can reach out to a recipient, however, there is a strict limit of 350 new recipients per month. We also anticipate being able to provide lower priced tiers in the future, so please pay attention to our email and community announcements!

What Happens After I Launch a Campaign?

You'll have full access to all of your Campaigns and be able to see all of the statistics and contacts that have replied. You'll also have full access to all messages through your email provider, so you won't have to log back into Scout to reply to any new messages.
