Depending on your plan, Scout accounts renew monthly or annually, unless terminated in the Billing Information page in your Scout account.
You can terminate your account at any time by logging into Scout and heading to the Profile section. Next select Billing Information and select Cancel Subscription.

What if I was billed after I canceled my Scout account?
Please provide evidence of your request for termination or a screenshot of the Billing information page page in the Scout app to [email protected] and we will process a refund request.
